These pages are best viewed with a computer. They are not designed to be best viewed with IE or Netscape, but with anything that supports ⚠ HTML4 and CSS. This includes modern versions of MS Internet Explorer (>5), Netscape (>5), Firefox, Opera, etc. I don’t know (and I don’t want to know) if you can read them using Lynx under VMS or other weird configuration, because I don’t have time to check that sort of things (well, actually they look OK in Lynx).
The contents columns should be on the right side, while the menu should be on the left. This may not be the case in your computer because your browser does not properly support the ‘overflow’ CSS property, and is having some problems with long code lines. The pages should print fine though.
Not because this is in internet (or on TV for that matter) it means that everything here is correct. Thence, take everything in this page with a pinch of salt, and remember: only you are responsible for your analyses. Please let me know if you spot any mistakes or unclear explanations.
